Single Use Packaging Regulation Summary of Reporting Requirements

Now that CalRecycle has finalized their single use packaging regulations, those that have registered must complete reporting requirements.  The Association’s law firm of Kahn, Soares and Conway has issued an updated summary of the SB 54 Reporting Requirements.  For those that have registered we encourage you to review the Reporting Requirements that are attached.  Of particular importance is the Individual Source Reduction (ISR) Plan which is due August 1.  Should you have any questions, please let us know.
