Surenut is a small research company that has been a while digitizing the complete QA process for almonds. Recently we had a big breakthrough in the detection and accurate measurement of aflatoxin B1. We’re now completing the research to validate the discovery and provide a fast algorithm that will enable electronic sorters to eject infected nuts.
